This unique course is designed to provide users of Blackbaud products with the exceptional skills necessary to create basic Crystal reports and Pivot reports. This course will provide a stepping stone in building high level customized reports to meet the demands of the ever-changing NPO standards.
This class will be led by a seasoned CPA with extensive experience in Crystal/Pivot report designs, Blackbaud software products and analytical reporting.

What are Crystal Reports and Pivot Reports?
Crystal Reports is an easy to use report writer that enables you to turn your data into actionable reports. The Pivot Tables tool is one of the most powerful yet intimidating features in Excel. Pivot reports allow you to quickly summarize and analyze large amounts of data by dragging and dropping columns to different rows, columns, or summary positions.
