Amanda White

Amanda White, Founder & President

Amanda White is a well recognized speaker and leader in the non-profit community. Miss White’s unique expertise in database management, implementation of development business plan within the CRM environment has made her a sought after professional.

Amanda has eighteen years of fund development experience with special emphasis in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge Implementation, Database Customization and Administration, Development Strategic Database Implementation, Management and Logistic Planning for Fundraising Strategies, Database Conversions, Fund Account Management, Development Operations /Business Processes Management and Moves Management Implementation. She has over eight years of extensive experience in Start-Up Process Analysis and Business Plan, implementation of various Blackbaud products, Database System/Usage Auditing, Operational Needs Assessments, Advanced Database Management, and Customized Training and Consulting for Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge software.

Amanda also has experience with Blackbaud’s NetCommunity, NetSolutions and Education Edge. Her diverse client list includes World Affair Council, Community Hospice of Texas, American Red Cross, Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Dallas, Big Brothers Big Sisters, East Texas Medical Center Foundation, University of Texas Systems and Miami Jewish Health Systems. She has taught Raiser’s Edge /Moves Management classes and customized one-on-one sessions and also facilitated numerous independent Raiser’s Edge User’s groups.

Amanda is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and is active in numerous non-profit related organizations and committees. She is also a Senior Business Analyst consultant for the CoreStrategies for Non-Profits, Inc. firm in Miami, Florida. For the fourth consecutive year, Miss White will be a guest speaker at the AFP Dallas-Fort Worth Philanthropy Conference in June 2011. Amanda has recently been asked to speak at the Ask The Experts Conference to be held in Houston, Texas on February 17, 2011.

“Giving back to our community” is a family tradition. Amanda follows in the non-profit footsteps of her mother whom is a founder of a non-profit organization that has just celebrated their 24th year. Miss White’s daughter is currently a Director of Development for a non-profit organization in Dallas. In the past, Amanda also provided specialized sport services to under-served children and continues to support related missions.

Fran Lobpries

Fran Lobpries, CFRE

With twenty-one  years of nonprofit experience with wonderful organizations as United Way, Communities Foundation of Texas, The Women’s Museum, Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation, Fran brings her creative bounty to bear with organizations large and small.  As a nonprofit consultant, Lobpries works with nonprofit executives, gift officers, and team members  to produce strategic plans shifting the pyridine the model of fundraising. Spotlighting an organization’s resources and opportunities through a series of development audits, interviews and collaborative team sessions, Lobpries uses her coaching and mentoring of teammates to produce greater efficiencies, accountability, manageability, and fund raising results.

Fran Lobpries, CFRE is a member of the Greater Dallas Chapter of AFP; a graduate of the CFRE International Leadership Course; co-chair of the DFW CFRE Review Course 2004-2011; a National Philanthropy Day committee member 2005-2011. CFRE is the accreditation awarded practicing fundraisers who have met the experience and results requirements and have passed the exam administered by CFRE International. The CFRE credential demonstrates mastery of fundraising principles and techniques based on accepted best practices.
