Amanda White-Brown is a veteran trainer, well-recognized speaker and leader in the non-profit community. She started Sync Results to provide exemplary expertise in database management, implementation of development business plan within the CRM environment, and a personal, customizable consulting and training approach, which has made her a leader in the industry. She has presented, taught, and implemented hundreds of Raiser’s Edge training programs and facilitated numerous independent Raiser’s Edge User’s groups. White-Brown is a bCRE certified trainer and consultant, one of only 242 nonprofit RE users have obtained this certification. She has the history and expertise you need with Blackbaud’sNetCommunity, NetSolutions and Education Edge programs to help enhance each client’s online systems and processes.
Danielle Gantt serves SYNC-Results as a Sr. Financial Edge and Fund Accounting Consultant. Danielle is a
professional accountant with over 16 years of experience in fund accounting and over 11 years of
experience with Blackbaud’s Financial Edge & Raiser’s Edge, and PeopleSoft.
As a former instructor, withBlackbaud she has worked alongside hundreds of nonprofits and government entities during
implementation, system revamps, training, and system clean-up. Danielle has a Master in Accounting
from Texas A&M Commerce, is Blackbaud Certified in Financial Edge & Raiser’s Edge.
With her unique experience at a CPA Firm, as a consultant, she is able to serve all accounting needs. This
includes audit readiness, creating chart of accounts, GAAP reporting, controller/CFO by the hour,
budget & forecasting, board/finance committee readiness, and all things accounting and finance.
Danielle serves each client with a deep passion for creating efficiency, system integration, best practices,
process improvements, and staff development. She works with clients to implement, train, system
clean-up, database audits, and month end close process improvements.
As an enthusiastic extrovert of all things numbers she is ready to help and build a unique partnership

Fran Lobpries provides over twenty-one years of nonprofit experience with wonderful organizations as United Way, Communities Foundation of Texas, The Women’s Museum, Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation. She is known among her clients for her creative energy and support of organizations large and small.
As a nonprofit consultant,Lobpries works with nonprofit executives, gift officers, and team members to produce strategic plans shifting the pyridine the model of fundraising. Spotlighting an organization’s resources and opportunities through a series of development audits, interviews and collaborative team sessions, Lobpries uses her coaching and mentoring of teammates to produce greater efficiencies, accountability, manageability, and fund raising results.

Adam Colwell is President of Adam Colwell’s WriteWorks LLC in Tucson, AZ. Adam has over 25 years experience and has been privileged to ghostwrite or edit hundreds of fundraising letters and emails for three major non-profit organizations, including full project management of a monthly direct mail donor communication program.
