Fran Lobpries offers over twenty-five years of nonprofit experience with wonderful organizations such as United Way, Communities Foundation of Texas, The Women’s Museum, Presbyterian Communities and Services Foundation, Dallas Bethlehem Center to your organization.  She is known among her clients for her creative energy and support of organizations large and small. From Grant Writing consultant, VP of Development, to Executive Director, Lobpries’ experience can help you identify the opportunities and inefficiencies before creating a Strategic Fundraising Plan. And finally, developing your staff’s abilities to implement a new direction for your organizations. 

As a nonprofit consultant, Lobpries works with nonprofit executives, gift officers, and team members to produce strategic plans shifting the pyridine with new models of fundraising. Spotlighting an organization’s resources and opportunities through a series of development audits, interviews and collaborative team sessions, Lobpries uses her coaching and mentoring of teammates to produce greater efficiencies, accountability, manageability, and fundraising results.
